"This is a hostel/hotel, so it's a different atmosphere than most hotels. It's nestled in the most gorgeous place, surrounded by mountains and trees. We went for a walk, and there were deer just roaming the streets. There are some food options in the town, but your best bet is to eat in Pincher Creek or bring snacks in. "Super slick little place - a quick walk out right to the lift in the morning! We stayed in a 3 bed (bunk and double) on the second floor for dirt cheap in peak season, which was awesome. One issue is room was blistering hot at night and not assuaged by opening a window/ minimizing the thermostat, but alas. "This was my first time skiing at this mountain. Lots of runs to challenge most skiers. The day we went had fresh snow overnight, so great ski conditions. As it is over 2 hours from Calgary, the hill was not busy at all."
